The young girl at first came off as a very prideful l young lady. But listening to her, she makes a lot of good points. First as teachers we need to listen to our students and encourage them for greatest. Sometimes we get caught up in teaching that we forget the student as a person. Yes they are going to be great. Each student has greatness inside them. With help from parents, teachers, and other people that care each student can see what is in them a bring it out and be all that God created them to be.
